At KUIU, we stand behind the performance of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any item in original condition within 60 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.
Print Shipping Label
Select your reason for return and choose between a refund to your original payment method or an exchange, then download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
